Delivery, Production and Order Issues
Orders are handled through a written quotation and approved specification. This website does not take online payment or confirm stock. Product availability, production timing, packing and delivery arrangements are agreed for the actual order and destination.
Production and dispatch
Timing depends on the confirmed specification, component availability and artwork approvals. A requested date is a requirement to assess, not a guaranteed turnaround. UAE dispatch and any cross-border arrangements require separate confirmation.
Custom-made order changes
Request changes promptly through the contact team. Feasibility and any effect on cost or schedule depend on order progress and must be agreed in writing.
Report a problem
Contact us with the order reference, SKU, photographs, packing details and a description of the issue as soon as it is identified. We will assess it against the approved specification and agree the next step. Remedies follow the agreed order terms and applicable requirements; no blanket exclusion is stated here.

Are GCC deliveries guaranteed?
No. Cross-border feasibility, documentation, responsibilities and timing must be confirmed in the quotation.
